They are called facepots and they are the brainchild of a company called good which is based in Kazakhstan.  But I think they make a wonderful “hat garden”  for any hat afficionado and talk about a fabulous promotional item  or  housegift, or birthday party favor or or or— the list goes on and on.

I took a look at the good website, and though it is in Russian, it was pretty easy to figure out how to make a facepot yourself using your own photos of you, your family, friends, co-workers or whatever.   The tricky part is  getting a good photograph and aligning it properly to give the right illusion.

The rest is easy and the possibilities are endless.  I think this idea will definitely germinate and bloom  bigtime.
