Naked and Pregnant in Hats at London Fashion Week

Newcomer Robyn Coles wanted her first hat collection at London’s Fall  Fashion Week to stand out from the crowd so she tried for something different and got what she wanted.  The models on the catwalk  covered the waterfront in terms of human shapes, races, genders, and sizes. The star of the show was model,  Sophia Cahill, who at eight months pregnant looked radient in the altogether.

The only clothing items worn on the catwalk by any of the models were Robyn’s hats.  Quite a concept, and one that has resulted in a lot of publicity for both Coles and Cahill, but I’m not so sure about the hats.

The hats kind of got lost in the sauce, and they really deserve a closer look.  Beautiful shapes, classic design with just a soucon of fun, the hats  have a kind of hip but classic elegance that will hold up long after the naked models have put their clothes back on and gone home.

We have not heard the last of  Robyn Coles. The collection is available now on her Love Hats Website Go have a look.
