Doesn’t this delightful feathered fantasy conjure up a world of wood nymphs and unicorns?  Designer Zara Carpenter admits that fairyland fantasy is her inspiration for this feathery creation.  Zara  has a wonderfully whimsical streak and a genius for creating hats that ar not only unique showstoppers,  but also elegant and chic.
