 Every woman looks more elegant and mysterious wearing the right hat— even a professional model.  I love this picture and I love the whole outfit from a recent Bill Blass collection.  But most of all I love the way the low slung fedora finishes the outfit and doubles the allure.

If a hat can do that for a professional model, think what it can do for the rest of us.  Nothing says fashion like a beautiful hat.
