All of the above content MUST belong to you or you MUST have express permission to reuse what you are submitting.  NO copied content.

Once published, copyright reverts back to you, the writer. This means you retain full responsibility and ownership of your work wich is published here at Eye On Life Magazine. 

By submitting your work, you agree that your article link can be shared by those who read your article and by us on networking sites such as Digg, Stumble Upon, Twitter, and the like.

Photo Submissions:

Appropriate photos can be sumitted with your written work.  They MUST either be your own, free from any copright infringements, or you must hold express permission to use the photo(s) you are submitting.  All information that should be included with the photos you are submitting should also be included so that we can insert that information properly via links and or click throughs and or photo caption(s).

You may also submit photo essays or singe photos which may include, but you’re not limited to, the following:

• table setting
• favorite plates, silverwear, bowls, etc.
• vintage or unusual cooking or place setting finds
• food
• herb or spice or vegetable or fruit plant or garden
• favorite cookbook
• antique or vintage recipe book or pages
• people eating
• people cooking

Again, these photos must be yours to use and any above copyright information and usage applies to photos as it does to written work.

If your submission is accepted, we’ll let you know via e-mail, at which time we will also ask for a photo of you or any bio information you may like us to include (it is not necessary that you do so but is a service we like to offer).
